Daily Prayer

Precious Lord, I surrender to Your will. I humble myself before You, open my hands, and ask, speak to my heart, dear Lord. Show me where I’ve lost expectancy. Teach me how to hope in You in alone. Deal with those places in my heart where I’ve settled, let go, and quit fighting. I want to be a warrior for You! Help me to take Your promises as they stand. Teach me to walk with wisdom and discernment. I’m an heir. Teach me to live like one, pray like one, and believe like one. Your victory on the cross made all the difference. Help me to live like that’s true. Give me the holy gumption to go after the things You’ve promised me. Overwhelm me with a fresh sense of Your goodness, Your grace, and Your power. In Jesus’ Name, I pray. Amen.
